Roger Imperial presently is a Senior Consultant with Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services, Inc. and Member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of Green Energy Cooperative, New York, New York, Vice Chairman of Acordia, Inc., (purchased by Wells Fargo Insurance Services) and Senior Vice President of Wells Fargo Insurance Services of New York, Inc.
Mr. Imperial is also a member of the Board of directors of Aswins Capital Group LLC, a non-patron investment member of Green Energy Cooperative.
Mr. Imperial is a specialist in the development and implementation of large Property/Casualty insurance programs, with 40 years of experience in the insurance brokerage community.
He formerly held executive positions with the major brokerage firms of Marsh & McLennan, Willis-Coroon, and AON.
Mr. Imperial holds a degree in law from St. John’s University School of Law and an Honorary Doctorate of Commercial Sciences degree from Fairleigh Dickenson University (Dewey College).
Mr. Imperial was Chairman of the Manhattan/Bronx Regional Board of Catholic Health Care System, a former member of the Board of Directors – New Jersey Highway Authority, a Board Member of the North American Development Group, was an Adjunct Professor at the College of Insurance and New York University, a Special Counsel appointed by the Governor of New York to the Joint Legislature Committee on Rate and Regulations, and a U.S. Marine Corps. veteran.
As Treasurer, Mr. Imperial shall oversee the books of accounts, funds of the Corporation, and banks or other depositories selected by the Board of Directors.
